1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyReports.io, located at https://myreports.io (the "Service"), operated by MyReports.io ("we," "our," or "us").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.2. Description of Service
MyReports.io is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create, customize, and generate professional PDF photo reports. Features include:
Upload and organize photos for inclusion in reports.
Add descriptive text, annotations, and notes.
Design and generate cover pages.
Export and download completed reports in PDF format.
Store reports and associated media in cloud storage.
The Service is designed primarily for insurance adjusters, public adjusters, property inspectors, contractors, and related professionals, but may be used for other lawful purposes.3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Account Registration and Security
To use the Service, you must register for an account using a valid email address and password, or by authenticating through Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, promptly notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.5. Subscriptions and Billing
5.1 Subscription Plans
Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and included features are described on our pricing page and are subject to change with notice.
5.2 Stripe Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fees. You agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and acknowledge that Stripe will process your payment information under its own privacy policy.
5.3 Billing Cycle and Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal accessible within your account settings.
5.4 Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion for circumstances such as service outages or billing errors.
5.5 Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice delivered to your registered email address. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
5.6 Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities on your subscription fees, excluding taxes on our net income.
6. User Content
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all photos, text, documents, and other content you upload or create through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide and operate the Service.
6.2 Content Standards
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation, does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, does not contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information, does not contain malware, viruses, or malicious code, and does not depict illegal activity or violate any person's rights.
6.3 Insurance and Professional Use
If you use the Service in connection with insurance claims, property assessments, legal proceedings, or other professional contexts, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all report content. MyReports.io does not verify, certify, or endorse the accuracy of any report. Reports generated through the Service are tools to assist your professional workflow and do not constitute professional opinions, legal advice, or certified assessments by MyReports.io. You must comply with all applicable professional licensing requirements and ethical obligations in your jurisdiction.
7. Data and Account Management
The Service does not currently provide a self-service option to delete your account or remove uploaded content. If you wish to request the removal of your account or data, you must contact us directly at [email protected]. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to retain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce these Terms, even following a deletion request.Account deletion functionality may be introduced in a future version of the Service. We will update these Terms accordingly when that occurs.8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation; submit false, fraudulent, or misleading insurance claims or reports; upload content that infringes intellectual property rights; harass, threaten, or harm any individual; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service; use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools without our written consent; resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the Service without authorization; circumvent any security measures or access controls; or use the Service in any manner that could impair, overburden, or disrupt the Service.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to MyReports.io. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
"MyReports.io" and associated logos are trademarks of MyReports.io. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Firebase (authentication and storage) and Stripe (payment processing). Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the conduct or content of third-party services.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; (B) DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) THE SERVICE OR SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (D) THE REPORTS GENERATED WILL BE ACCEPTED BY ANY INSURANCE CARRIER, COURT, OR OTHER THIRD PARTY.Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. To the extent such exclusions are not permitted under applicable law, they shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed.12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MYREPORTS.IO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain damages. 14. Termination

If your access is terminated, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Because the Service does not currently offer self-service account deletion, any data associated with a terminated account will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law unless you separately submit a deletion request to [email protected].Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability, shall survive.15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Your data, including uploaded photos, generated PDFs, and report content, is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage), which employs industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
Firebase Storage and Firestore data is hosted in Google Cloud infrastructure, which maintains SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and other security certifications.We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100 percent secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to contact us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized account access.6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information and account data for as long as your account remains active or as otherwise needed to provide the Service. We do not currently offer a self-service account deletion feature.
